I need a easy recipe for zuchini and squash.

Slice up both and put in casserole dish with mushrooms, red onion, canned tomatoes (italian style) parmesan cheese and we like to add cut up artichoke. Bake til tender crisp then put some mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle with italian seasoning (or fresh herbs if you have them) and bake til cheese melts. Yum

Try a egg and zucchini frittata or zucchini and potates cut small tomatoes, onions.basil,olive oil

Chunk squash, place in boiling water, add jalapeno pepper to taste, cook till desired tenderness. Drain, mash up a little, add butter, salt and pepper to taste.

coat the zuchini and squash with bread cumbs and parm cheese......and fry and some olive oil or veg. oil.

Okay this is all we do and the kids love it

Chunk it use either butter or olive oil coat well

the sprinkle a little house (paula deen) on

backe to desire doneness we like it about 15 or so mins
