  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups grozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrrots)
  • 2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken

Preparation

  1. In medium skillet mix broth , basil, pepper and vegetables. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.
  2. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in noodles. Cover and cook t minutes, stirring often. Add chicken and heat through

  5. For 2 cups cubed cooked chicken: In medium saucepan over medium heat, in 4 cups boiling water, cook 1 pound skinless, bonless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed, 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Chicken should be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
