• 3-INGREDIENT FUDGE….do I even need to go any further? With all the hustle and bustle around this time of year, I say take the easy street and don’t look back. This 3-Ingredient Winter Oreo Fudge” is a literally a walk in the park (a super yummy one might I add). The red “pop” of color from these particular Oreo’s add such a cool dimension to the treat. I added the cookies both into the mix and on top so friends & family will know just what “deliciousness” they are sinking their teeth into. I plan on making a bunch of batches for the holidays, teachers gifts etc. If you aren’t an Oreo type of person, mix in whatever treat you like. Trust me it will be AMAZING!!!!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 14 Winter Oreo Cookies crushed not too finely – 6 Winter Oreo’s split in half
  • 1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

  1. Line a 8X8 baking pan with waxpaper or parchment paper and spray.
  2. Fold ean extra crease against one wall to provide easy gripping when you want to lift the fudge out of the pan.
  3. Combine chocolate chips and condensed milk in a sauce pan or double boiler over low heat and stir until creamy, glossy & smooth.
  4. Spoon into bowl and mix in crushed Oreo’s.
  5. Quickly spread into prepared pan before it hardens.
  6. Insert remaining Ore0′s on top making four lines of three halves.
  7. Refrigerate and let set for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve
