In a large skillet, sauteed garlic and onions in cooking oil on high heat. Add ground meat, in pieces, into skillet. Cook at medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until cooked thouroughly. Combine with salt and pepper. Lastly add peas, onions, tomatoes, (green chiles), and potatoes into skillet and cook on low for 10-15 minutes (or until peas are cooked through). Serve along side with rice.
Optional: Serve with fresh lemon wedges and naan bread for that authentic Indian feel!
