- A mouthwatering All Veggie Spegatti Sauce recipe that you and your family can enjoy!
- 2 c onion red white and/or yellow diced
- 1/4 c Olive oil
- 3 c carrots chopped
- 1 c cauliflower chopped
- 1 c squash or zucchini peeled and chopped
- 3 TBL minced garlic
- 1 1/2 quarts water
- 2 TBL salt
- 3 TBL Italian seasoning
- Cook all veggies until tender. Puree in blender of food processor. Be careful if they are still hot! Mix with water and seasonings simmer for 20 mins. and serve over your favorite pasta.
