Ingredients

  • Ground Beef
  • Celery stalk
  • Carrot
  • Onion- Chopped fine
  • 2 potatoes- cubed
  • Can of red kidney beans
  • Sour cream
  • 2 large cans of crushed or diced tomatoes
  • Adobo
  • Garlic
  • Beef bullion
  • 2 cans of water ( yes, just fill the empy can tomoatoes wit h water and add it to the pot)

Preparation

  1. Fry up minced onions and burger meat with adobo
  2. Add veggies till a little soft add to soup pot
  3. Add 2 cans of tomatoes( 28oz. crushed, diced, whatever you have on hand)
  4. Add in a few bullion cubes, and potatoes
  5. Season to taste
  6. Put a teaspoon of sour cream in individual bowl of soup.
