Preparation

  2. Preheat oven to 350. In a medium size pan, heat butter.
  3. Place a piece of bacon and piece of cheese into center of bread. Coat bread with egg and quickly sear both sides in pan for a golden color. Remove from pan and place on baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve.
