- This delicious twist on the classic chicken finger recipe will be welcome finger food at any party. Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
- 1/3 cup of mayo
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbs mushroom soup mix
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts.
- dry bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Combine mayo, cheese, garlic & soup mix.
- Spread mixture over chicken and put in baking dish.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Bake at 400F for 30-40 min.
