  • 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Ragu Double cheddar cheese sauce
  • 1-2 oz chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 3tbsp sour cream
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1-oz oscar mayer pre-cooked bacon

Preparation

  2. Wrap potatoes each in a napkin and put in microwave until soft 5-10 mins. Combine butter, onion, carrots, and celery cook until tender. Add bacon and cook until crisp. Combine soup, milk, cheddar sauce, and sour cream. Stir until contents are completely combined. (On Med heat). When potatoes are done let them stop steaming then peel and cut into chunks. Add potatoes to sauce pan. Season with garlic salt. Cook an additonal 5-10 minutes. Pour into bowls and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Salt and Pepper to taste.
