Bierock Casserole
- For those who love bierocks but hate the hassle, this is the perfect dish for you. My children are really finicky eaters and even they enjoy this very easy meal!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 package crescent rolls
- salt & pepper to taste
- water

Preparation
- Brown hamburger in large skillet.
- Finely chop cabbage and add to hamburger, along with enough water to coat the bottom of the skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and cover. Let simmer until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Pour contents into 9x13 glass baking dish.
- Unroll crescent rolls and flatten on top of hamburger mixture.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until crescent crust has turned golden brown
