Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 C. Allpurpose flour
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Beaten Egg
  • 3/4 C. Milk
  • 1/4 C. Oil
  • 1 C. Fresh or Frozen Blueberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 *F.
  2. Spray muffin pan with Pam.
  3. Mix flour, sugar, powder and salt. Mix well.
  4. Combine egg, milk, oil. Add to bowl.
  5. Stir gently until moist. Batter will be lumpy.
  6. Fold in blueberries.
  7. Spoon into muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes
