Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 reg size package of Philadelphia cream cheese- can use generic but may be clumpy
  • 1 reg size tub of cool whip- thawed with time- microwave makes it runny
  • 1 tsp of lemon or lime- lemon for more tangy and lime for more sweet
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

Preparation

  • blend sugar, cream cheese and cool whip together until its pretty well blended- speed doesn't matter or how much you whip it, then add the lemon juice, and blend some more, once it looks pretty smooth put in pie crust and then refrigerate over night.... you can eat right away but the sugar is still kinda grainy.... also you can use light cream cheese or light cool whip, but it doesn't taste quite the same, and it can have little clumps of cream cheese and be slightly more runny because of the cool whip, also you can cut back on the sugar if you find its too sweet- i sometimes will just use half a cup.... hope you enjoy
