  • 3 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 4 tablespoons fresh, chopped chives

Preparation

  1. In large skillet, bring water to boil; add bouillon cube, stir until dissolved; add wine. Add asparagus and salmon; poach salmon until fish is just opaque in center and asparagus is tender-crisp - about 5-6 minutes; with slotted spoon, transfer salmon and asparagus to the serving bowl; reserve the cooking liquid; flake salmon into bite-size pieces.
  2. In medium bowl, beat sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper, 3 tablespoons chives, and the reserved cooking liquid; pour over pasta mixture; toss to coat; sprinkle with remaining chives.
