Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk sausage - Jimmy Dean is the best - any flavor
  • 2 pkgs refrigerated crescent rolls -- the ones in a tube
  • 1 C frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes - thawed
  • 1 C shredded cheddar and/or jack cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 T parmesan cheese

Preparation

  • Cook sausage in skillet until browned - drain. Seperate the crescent rolls, press and form crust on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Spoon sausage over the crust. Put potatoes on top of sausage. Top with the cheddar/jack cheese. In a bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Be sure eggs are cooked in center. YUMMY!!!
