Pour ONLY 1 cup of Chicken Broth in pan....NOT over Chicken
Cover and cook @ 350 or until done and tender....MAKE SURE NOT TO OVER COOK
Once Chicken is done in pan that it was cooked in....Slice it all up into small pieces
In Sauce Pan add the remaining Chicken Broth and cook with Rice according to Rice Instructions. ( replace Chicken broth for Water....ex.... if the Rice calls for 3 cups of water, you'll just add 1 cup to the two cups of Chkn Broth)
When done add chicken to Rice along with the two cans of Broccoli Cheese Soup and Mix.
NOTE: you may want to add more Chicken Broth at this time if you like it more Saucey!
