Cook chicken until tender in enough water to cover. Reserve broth, cool, and cut chicken into cubes. Set aside chicken and 1/3 of cheese. Mix together all other ingredients except tortillas, chicken and 1/3 cheese. Set aside 1/3 of the cream mixture. Add the chicken to 2/3 of the cream mixture. Spon 2 to 3 tablespoons of the meat misture into a tortilla and roll up. Place in a baking dish. Continue to roll and place close together. Pour the reserved 1/3 cream mixture over the tortillas and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
