Mix cheese, eggs, semolina, raisins, sugar until they becomes an homogeneous paste.
Break the dough in 4 parts and roll each separately with a wooden rolling pin until you get a very thin layer.
Place 1/4 of the mixture on top of the first layer. Roll or wrinkle the pie sheet until you're happy with how it looks and place in a cooking tray of 36 × 38 cm (I use a round one to give the finished pie a special look). Continue the same way with the remaining 3 pie sheets.
Mix 1 egg yolk and 2-3 teaspoons yogurt and pour the mixture evenly on the uncooked pie.
Bake for aprox. 30 min on a medium oven flame.
Enjoy while still hot, at least that's how I prefer it.
