- 1- chicken breast
- 6 -cups water
- 2- bullion cubes
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 6-med. potato's cubed
- Boil chicken breast & cut up.
- Add bullion cubes to water & dissolve, add chicken, soup & cubed potatoes.
- Simmer one hour, add cheese and stir.
