Preparation

  1. Cut chicken into smal peices/chuncks
  2. Cook chicken
  3. once chicken is cooked add 2 cans of cream of chicken fill one can with milk and add in with cooked chicken and green chillies let cook until hot
  4. meanwhile soak(only a few seconds or before fall apart) corn tortillas indiviually in hot water then tear up and cover bottom of cassarole dish
  5. then pour chicken mix into cassarole dish over the corn tortillas then cover with cheese cook for 15 minutes on 375 in the oven.
  6. Then serve
