Bake oven at 385 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Put a little oil on your fingers before you form the meat mixture into meatballs. Make the meatballs the size of a superball which are a little bigger than a marble. Place the meatballs on a large greased pan. Grease the pan with olive oil spray first then spead extra virgin olive oil in the pan. Cook one side of the meatballs for 8 minutes flip the meatballs over and cook the other side for 8 minutes. This recipe tastes good with any pasta. No sauce necessary. Enjoy!!
