  • 1 cp water
  • 1 cp salsa
  • 3 pieces boneless, skinless chicken
  • 2 bags minute rice

Preparation

  1. Shredded cheese to taste
  2. Put water and salsa in frying pan and start cooking on medium heat. Cut chicken into cubes and add chicken. Once chicken's outside layer is cooked add rice. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occassionally.
  3. Once rice is cooked remove from burner and add a little or a lot of shredded cheese (to your liking). Cover until cheese is melted. Serve.
