Ingredients

  • 8oz Spaghetti, cooked & drained
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cup cooked diced chicken
  • 3 Tbsp of flour
  • 1/8 Tsp of nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tsp pepper
  • 2 1/2 Cups Chick broth
  • 1 Cup Skim Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp paprika

Preparation

  1. Mix flour & spices together set aside
  2. Place cooked chicken & cooked spaghetti in a 9"x13" baking dish. Set aside
  3. Saute mushrooms in 1 Tbsp butter w/lemon juice.
  4. Toss them in with cooked spaghetti & chicken.
  5. Melt 3 Tbsp butter.
  6. Stir in flour & spices.
  7. Add broth & stir until the sauce thickens, then add milk.
  8. Keep stirring until sauce thickens.
  9. Pour sauce over the noodles and chicken.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan & Paprika.
  11. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cover if you don't like for it to be brown and crusty on top.
