Fry onion and garlic in a little oil for approx 3 - 4 mins
Add the tomato puree and cook for 2 mins.
Add the chopped tomatoes, basil and season with some black pepper and the sugar.
Cover and simmer for 15 mins.
While the tomato sauce is cooking, fry the chicken in a little oil. When your tomato sauce is ready, add it to the chicken. At the same time, put your pasta on to cook. Add the cream to the chicken and tomato and simmer whilst the pasta is cooking.
When the pasta is almost cooked, drain it and add it to the chicken and tomato. Put into an oven proof dish and top with the cheese and breadcrumbs. Pop in the oven for about 10 mins or until golden on top.
