Place chicken in soup pot with enough water to cover chick plus a couple of inches. Add onions, celery, garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and then reduce to slow boil (medium) and allow to cook until chicken is cooked. About 20 minutes. Once chicken is cooked remove from broth and place on plate to cool.
Add spinach, tomatoes and pasta. Return to boil until pasta is al dente (tender).
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and return to soup. Serve hot!
