In a large skillet, brown meats. Add onion and garlic cook until onion is tender, drain well.
Line a 9x9 inch square pan w/ 1/2 the chiles, top with 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Add meat, then top with remaining chiles. Set aside
Beat eggs & flour until smooth, add milk, salt and tobasco. Pour mixture over casserole. Bake uncovered in a 350' oven for 35-45 min, then sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
This is my families favorite casserole. I use 2 - 7oz cans of chiles and omit the flour as it tastes much better. I also use reduced fat cheese and serve with spanish rice. Enjoy!!
