  • 1 1/3C. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 1/4 TSP SALT
  • 1 C. SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Preparation

  1. OPTIONAL-1/2C. CHOPPED WALNUTS
  2. PRE HEAT OVEN TO325 DEGREES F.
  3. LIGHTLY GREASE 9INCH PIE PAN.
  4. IN LARGE BOWL BEAT SUGARS AND MELTED BUTTER ON MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL BLENDED.
  5. BEAT IN EGGS ONE BY ONE.
  6. BEAT IN VANILLA. ADD FLOUR , BAKING SODA, AND SALT.
  7. BEAT UNTIL MIXTURE IS BLENDED. STIR IN CHIPS AND NUTS .
  8. SCRAPE DOUGH INTO GREASED PAN AND FLATTEN AND SMOOTH TOP WITH WOODEN SPOON.
  9. BAKE 30-40 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
  10. REMOVE PIE AND BRUSH TOP WITH MELTED BUTTER.
