Chocolate Mice
- Everyone loves these little guys - except my youngest grandson, who didn't want to eat it because he thought it was real!
Ingredients
- 1or 2 bags Chocolate Chips
- Chocolate Kisses - unwrapped
- Maraschino Cherries WITH STEMS
- Almond Slivers
- Decorating Gel/Frosting
- Wax paper
- Double Boiler

Preparation
- 1) Lay the maraschino cherries out on paper towels to drain.
- 2) Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. (You can use the microwave for this also. DONT over cook them, and burn them. If you use the microwave, melt them in small amounts of time).
- 3) Dip maraschino cherry in chocolate holding tail. Lay it tail down on wax paper. Lean unwrapped Kiss against cherry for head. Place two almond slivers behind head using melted chocolate chips to 'glue' them on. Let harden. Add nose and eyes using decorating gel.
- I like to put them in cupcake papers to serve them!
