- 6 cups raw broccoli florets
- 1/2 medium red onion finely chopped
- 1/2 c cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1 1/2 c raisins
- 1/4 c sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c Mayo
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 2 tblsp curry (Don't be afraid of this - not predominant taste in dressing)
- Mix all ingredients together, putting dressing on about an hour before serving.
