• This is a great salad packed with quinoa for protein and a variety of raw veggies for nutrients! This makes a great meal in itself or can be used as a side dish. Just double or triple for more.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt (to taste)
  • cracked black pepper (to taste)
  • dulse flakes (to taste)
  • cumin (to taste)
