- This dish is a wonderful side dish for any occasion. Very quick and easy to make.
- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn Drained
- 1 Can Cream Style Corn
- 8oz pkg of Corn Muffin Mix (I use Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix)
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 Cup Butter Melted (1 stick)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl stir together all ingredients together.
- Pour in 9x13 greased cake pan.
- Bake for 45 min or until golden brown.
- Let stand 5 min & serve.
