  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn Drained
  • 1 Can Cream Style Corn
  • 8oz pkg of Corn Muffin Mix (I use Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix)
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Melted (1 stick)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl stir together all ingredients together.
  3. Pour in 9x13 greased cake pan.
  4. Bake for 45 min or until golden brown.
  5. Let stand 5 min & serve.
