Ingredients

  • 2- 12oz cans of corn
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of flour
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon BAKING POWER
  • 2 eggs
  • TOPPING
  • 1tablespoon MELTED butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In saucepan heat butter and sugar until melted.
  3. Stir in flour and remove from heat.
  4. Gradually stir in evaperated milk.
  5. Then add eggs and baking powder.
  6. Fold in drained corn and turn into a 1 quart casserole dish.
  7. Bake for 40 mins or until a knife comes out clean when you poke the center.
  8. Around 35 mins into baking start the topping.
  9. Brush the topping on top the corn and you're ready to eat.
