Ingredients

  • 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Mayo
  • 1 tbsp spicy mustard
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp worstershire sauce
  • cracker meal
  • 1 1/2 tsp old bay

Preparation

  1. Mix the egg, sauces, mayo, mustard, and old bay together and add to the crab meat.
  2. Gently mix ( i use my hands) everything together.
  3. The cracker meal is only to hold the crab cakes together..if you broil the crab cakes you won't need any cracker meal. Add a little at a time starting with about 2 heaping tbsp of craker meal. Again, gently mixing until it reaches the consistancy to hold everything together.
  4. Don't add too much just enough to hold it all together.
  5. Deep fry or broil and enjoy!
