- This Cream Of Tomato Soup recipe makes for an easy treat that is both tasty and satisfying.
- 1 jar of your favorite past sauce (I like Classico spicy roasted tomato)
- fresh herb(s) of your choice
- 2 cups water
- heavy cream
- Saute chopped fresh herbs (I use oregano and/or basil) in butter. Add the jar of pasta sauce, 2 cups water, a half cup of heavy cream, and a pinch of nutmeg. Simmer for 5 minutes. Voila! So easy and yummy!
