- If you're looking for a great appetizer try Yvonne G's Creamy Artichoke Dip.
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (not any other blend of different cheeses)
- 1-2 cloves minced garlic
- 15oz. chopped artichoke hearts
- Drain and chop artichokes.
- Combine with remaining ingredients
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly
- Serve with tortilla chips
