Place mince, half the sour cream and add garlic powder and mix well. Roll into balls and place in fry pan, brown and then add to a casserole dish. Add tablespoon of water to remaining sour cream and mix. Pour over meatballs in casserole dish. Place in oven 140 deg fan forced (160 deg non fan forced) and cook for 30 mins.
