Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Make your tuna mornay recipe but stop before you bake it.
  2. Prepare your bread crumb and cheese mixture in a bowl.
  3. Once the mixture has cooled slightly, stir through the egg and cheese.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a 12 hole muffin tin and sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumbs on top. Bake for around 20 minutes or until the muffins have set (they will harden more once cooled).
  5. Freeze individually, or serve straight away.
