  • 2c All Purpose Flour
  • 1c Packed Brown Sugar
  • 3/4c Butter(melted)
  • 1/2c Sugar
  • Filling
  • 2/3c Sugar
  • 3T Corn Starch
  • 1 1/4c Water
  • 3c Apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 1t Vanilla Extract
  • 1t Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Crust- Mix all purpose flour, packed brown sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Pack half on bottom of pan to make bottom crust
  3. Filling- In pan sugar, water, and corn starch bring to boil till thick to make the glaze.
  4. Mix apples, vanilla extract, Cinnamon, and glaze and pour onto crust.
  5. Crumble- Add Sugar to Crust mix and crumble on top of filling.
  6. Bake at 350F for 35-45mins
