• This is an easy fruit salad to make for breakfast or a snack, especially in the winter when kiwis and oranges are in season and taste best. Makes 1 serving. For more servings, just double, triple, etc. the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • * 1 bananas
  • * 1 kiwi
  • * 2 Cutie type mandarin oranges
  • * 4 to 5 grapes, or 6 to 8 blueberries

Preparation

  1. Slice banana, and arrange on plate in slight arch to mimic coconut tree.
  2. Peel kiwi fruit, and slice into wedges. Place at top of banana.
  3. Peel mandarins, and separate wedges. Arrange at the bottom of the "tree".
  4. Place grapes or blueberries at top of tree to resemble coconuts. You can also place one or two near the oranges as coconuts that have dropped to the ground.
  5. Serve.
