Ingredients

  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of salsa
  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 pack of soft flour tortillas
  • 1 bag of shredded cheese
  • optional: pinto, black, or refried beans

Preparation

  1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain fat.
  3. Follow instructions on the taco seasoning packet.
  4. Add half of the can of cream of chicken soup to the ground beef and add half of the salsa, mix over low heat until it's heated through.
  5. Roll up the meat/soup/salsa mixture into the tortilla shells along with some cheese (beans optional). Use the remaining soup, salsa and cheese over the top of the burritos. Cook in the oven until the cheese is melted.
