Easy Casserole
- I made the dish in the picture using shell macaroni and a different jar sauce. It was delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce \\r\\n1 pound of ground turkey\\r\\n1 bay leaf\\r\\n1/2 onion chopped\\r\\n1/2 to 1 cup of grated cheese\\r\\n1/2 bag of elbow macaroni\\r\\nPreheat oven to 375.

Preparation
- Brown turkey in skillet with onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Add pasta sauce and bay leaf to meat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove bay leaf and pour meat sauce into casserole dish. Add macaroni to casserole dish. We like more meat sauce so I usually have macaroni left over. Add cheese on top. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
