Ingredients

  • 4-5 med. sized potatoes (cooked and cubed)
  • 1 reg. size container of sour cream (any kind u like)
  • 1 jar of REAL Hormel's bacon bits/pieces
  • 1 lg. spoonful of mayonnaise (real, please)

Preparation

  1. Approx. 9 slices of Velveeta Cheese (yum, yum)
  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grab a 9X13 baking pan! After pototoes have been cooked (boil for approx. 15min) drain and cube them. Place them into the bottom of the 9X13 pan. Combine sour cream, mayo, and bacon bits/pieces. Place that mixture on top of potatoes in 9X13 pan. Slice (about 9 slices) Velveeta cheese and cover the sour cream mixture.
  3. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted on top. Let cool for 5-8 minutes and ENJOY!!
