• This is the easiest most filling recipe I know. You can substitute the canned tuna for canned chicken or salmon. The veggies can really be anything although broccoli is my favorite. Corn, peas, mixed veggies, green beans whatever. Frozen works best and is the quickest.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of mac and cheese
  • 2 small cans of tuna drained
  • 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/2 a cup of milk
  • 1/2 a cup of butter
  • 1 small bag of broccoli
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. Boil mac and cheese as directed. After draining water leave noodles in colander.
  2. In pot whisk milk, butter, powder cheese packets, cream of mushroom soup.
  3. Stir in tuna, and broccoli.
  4. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  5. Cook until broccoli is heated through.
  6. Turn down to medium and add noodles.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Top with cheddar cheese.
  9. Eat and enjoy!
  10. Freezes well.
