Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs of boneless chicken breast ( depending on size of family and dish)
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 bag of your favorite cheese
  • 1 can of Rotel ( 1/2 can if you don't like too spicy)
  • 1 bag of large flour torillas

Preparation

  1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces, cook till done on stove, add in soups, rotel, and 1/2 bag of cheese till bubbling.. Take off stove and wrap up in tortillas, place in dish so they all but up to each other filling entire dish.
  2. You'll have some filling left over, spread remaining filling and cheese over top. Bake for 30- 40 minutes till warmed through, top will be light brown and cheese should be melted..
  3. Now enjoy! Makes enough with 2 lbs for a family of 7 and left overs.. Mmmm good stuff
