- 2 bags frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 bags of shredded cheddar cheese (more or less to taste)
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, bacon or sausage
- Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Broil for 5-10 minutes to brown the top.
- Crumble bacon or sausage or chicken on top of the casserole and serve.
