Cut fat off pork and cut into bite size. Place into a zip lock bag with the taco seasoning and coat all sides. Cook the seasoned pork in a pot well coated with oil to prevent sticking. After meat is cooked, pour in the Pace and Peach preserves. Simmer for about 10 minutes. If you want to thicken, make of pace of water and corn starch and pour into the mixture - stirring well. Serve over a bed of white rice. You may want to serve a side salad as well. This is a quick and easy recipe!
