- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
- 4 cups 2% milk
- Heat oven to 325.
- Combine all ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart casserole (low and wide is better than tall and deep).
- Bake for 2 hours without stirring. Let sit half an hour to set.
- Serve pudding warm or cold, garnished with cinnamon and/or orange zest.
