- Simple, delicious and so easy. Just drop a package of boneless chicken and a jar or two of your favorite salsa into your crockpot and cook it on low. Serve with rice, beans, corn. Use leftovers for wraps!
- 2 lbs boneless chicken
- 1-2 jars of salsa
- place raw chicken and salsa in crock pot.
- cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- serve with black beans, corn, rice.
- use leftovers for wraps/burritos.
