- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 pack of frozen seafood mix (you can get it from Trader Joe's)
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 bell pepper, cut to small pieces
- Sauté the onion in hot pan until golden, about 5 minutes.
- Put in seafood mix, sauté until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Pour beaten eggs and bell pepper in pan and scramble until done.
