Easy Stromboli

Ingredients
- 1 Jiffy Pizza Crust Mix
- Small handful of Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 can of Organic Tomato Sauce
- Two sliced of All Natural Ham, chopped
- Small handful of turkey pepperoni, chopped
- half a Organic Green Bell pepper, quartered & sliced thin
- Half a small yellow onion, chopped
- Small handful of Baby bella mushrooms, chopped
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic, chopped small or garlic pressed
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano

Preparation
- Make pizza crust according to package.
- Prep ingredients.
- After you've kneaded and rolled out dough on a lightly oiled baking sheet, lightly spread with a 1/4 cup of tomato sauce, sprinkle with seasonings and chopped garlic.
- Top with cheese and rest of fillings.
- Tuck in the sides and then roll up. Make sure seam is on the bottom.
- Poke a hole in top for steam and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake at 425 for 25 mins or until golden brown.
- Warm up rest of tomato sauce and season it up and use it for dipping.
- Served sliced with a romaine salad with homemade balsamic/olive oil dressing and a little Parmesan cheese. So good and easy!
