Ingredients

  • 1 Jiffy Pizza Crust Mix
  • Small handful of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 can of Organic Tomato Sauce
  • Two sliced of All Natural Ham, chopped
  • Small handful of turkey pepperoni, chopped
  • half a Organic Green Bell pepper, quartered & sliced thin
  • Half a small yellow onion, chopped
  • Small handful of Baby bella mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic, chopped small or garlic pressed
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano

Preparation

  1. Make pizza crust according to package.
  2. Prep ingredients.
  3. After you've kneaded and rolled out dough on a lightly oiled baking sheet, lightly spread with a 1/4 cup of tomato sauce, sprinkle with seasonings and chopped garlic.
  4. Top with cheese and rest of fillings.
  5. Tuck in the sides and then roll up. Make sure seam is on the bottom.
  6. Poke a hole in top for steam and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake at 425 for 25 mins or until golden brown.
  7. Warm up rest of tomato sauce and season it up and use it for dipping.
  8. Served sliced with a romaine salad with homemade balsamic/olive oil dressing and a little Parmesan cheese. So good and easy!
