- 2/3 c. kraft fat free mayo
- 1 Tablesp. white vinger
- sugar or sugar subsitute like splenda to equal 1 tsp.
- 1/4 teasp. black pepper
- 3c. cooked diced potatoes
- 1c.sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 hard boiled egg
- In bowl combine mayo , vinager, sugar, blk pepper.
- Add potatoes,celery, onion mix well to combine egg fold in cover and chill for at least 30 mins.
